About the Role

We are launching a new challenger brand in the fast-growing functional Food & Beverage category, with retail and DTC rollout in the UK starting in March.

We’re looking for a Content Creator to be the face and voice of the brand across social platforms - creating daily, platform-native video content that builds awareness, community and cultural relevance.

You’ll work closely with the brand creative lead, producers and the wider DMG New Media team to create short-form video for TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.

 

This is an ideal role for someone who:

  • Loves being on camera
  • Understands what performs on social
  • Wants to build their personal brand while helping launch a real business


What You’ll Be Doing

 

On-Camera Content Creation

  • Star in daily short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram and other platforms
  • Bring energy, personality and authenticity to brand storytelling
  • Help turn brand ideas into relatable, human content


Storytelling & Format Development

  • Work with creative leads to develop recurring formats and series
  • Contribute ideas based on trends, culture and audience behaviour
  • Help test and refine hooks, narratives and storytelling styles


Community & Audience Engagement

  • Respond to comments and engage with followers where appropriate
  • Help build a sense of community and two-way conversation with audiences
  • Represent the tone and values of the brand on social


Production Collaboration

  • Work closely with producers and editors on shoot days
  • Be comfortable with both quick-turnaround filming and more produced shoots
  • Support pop-ups, retail moments and live activations when needed


Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident and natural on camera
  • Deeply familiar with TikTok and Instagram storytelling
  • Comfortable filming both structured and spontaneous content
  • Curious, creative and culturally plugged in
  • Excited by food, wellness, fitness or lifestyle content (a plus)
