We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide.
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Content Manager for Roosh Investment Group.
Roosh Investment Group is a dedicated team of investors, entrepreneurs and operators who back founders, funders, and forward-thinkers to grow businesses and co-create the technologies that will enrich the world.
Roosh invests in companies focused on capitalization (by Roosh Ventures firm) and profitability (by Roosh X). With over 10 years of expertise, they act as partners in growing businesses rather than mere financial backers.
Besides, Roosh’s portfolio includes such companies as a deep-tech company Zibra AI, an R&D company Neurons Lab, a multi-product company Reface, the AI HOUSE tech community, and others.
As a Content Manager, you will join the Creative Communications department, a team of 4 game changers led by Alexandra Borodina.
What you will do:
Own the content strategy for the social media channels of Roosh Ventures, the venture arm of Roosh Investment Group. Primarily LinkedIn, but hey — it’s content, and new media are never off the table.
Manage personal social media pages of one of the founders of the investment group (mostly LinkedIn).
Collaborate with the rest of the Creative Communications team, and manage various content & branding tasks, including naming, identity development for projects, creating landing pages, showreels, and drafting briefs for social media content.
Coordinate external partners (creative, communications agencies, freelancers) and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across copywriting, branding, video production, and related initiatives.
Conduct content-related research for company and personal brands.
Write opinion pieces for tech-focused media, covering VC, startups, business trends, and industry insights.
About you:
Exceptional writing and copywriting skills in English and Ukrainian.
Proven experience with both long-form content (articles, columns, in-depth posts) and short-form content (social media posts, captions, headlines).
A strong mix of creative thinking and analytical skills.
Genuine love for social media (yes, LinkedIn included) and a solid understanding of current trends.
Curiosity about (and readiness to dive deep!) in the world of VC and startups.
High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
Ability to manage processes and collaborate with people, while being a reliable team player.
As a Rooshmate, you will have:
