We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Content & Social Media Specialist to create engaging, high-quality content and drive audience engagement across digital and social platforms. This role blends storytelling, strategy, and execution—covering content creation, social media management, performance tracking, and presentation support.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Management

  • Write clear, compelling, and on-brand content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Create both short-form and long-form content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging alignment across corporate and business communications.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and approval standards before publication.

2. Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., website, LinkedIn, X).
  • Execute and manage social media content calendars.
  • Monitor audience engagement and analyze performance to refine content strategy.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices in social media marketing.

3. Presentations & Executive Content

  • Develop high-quality executive and company presentations with strong storytelling, clarity, and visual appeal.
  • Ensure presentations are professional, concise, and aligned with brand standards.

4. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize content and improve future campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in content writing and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and content best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with B2B content writing and editing.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Experience working within defined brand voice and style guidelines.
