Responsibilities:

Contract Administration:
Process and manage all Subcontracts include the following:
•    Be responsible for coordinating with Managing PCC to ascertain which vendors/subcontractors will be working on each jobsite, and issue the subcontract document for signature.
•    Create an account for any new vendors, and collect all required documentation that verifies they are qualified to be on a jobsite, i.e. W9, insurance, licensing. 
•    Create a subcontract document for each subcontractor/vendor who will be on each jobsite.
•    Act as the Point of Contact for all vendors on the assigned project in regards to insurance.
•    Coordinate with Project Managers and Project Cost Coordinators, and with the Hillpointe Construction office for payment needs.
•    Update vendor billing templates and requirements as necessary.
•    Receive, research, and resolve routine internal and external inquiries concerning subcontract status.
•    Create and distribute all compliance reports and tracking on a weekly basis.  
•    Collect all subcontracts and insurance prior to subcontractors entry on to the jobsite.
•    Ensure subcontractors/vendors remit all documentation as required prior to payment.
•    Maintain vendor records electronically.

Accounting:
•    Review requests for construction project subcontracts for accuracy.
•    Complete entry and tracking of all compliance items.
•    Work with the finance team to ensure all updates are made to the subcontract documentation.

Requirements:

•    Construction Accounting experience is a plus.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
•    Strong, concise written and oral communication skills necessary; strong analytical skills; must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multi-task and work independently.
•    Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and third parties.
•    Ability to work to begin with, moving towards a remote or hybrid platform.
