Controlling Analyst BA EMEA
We are looking for a Controlling Analyst BA EMEA to join our team in Portugal, for a replacement period of, approximately, 2 years.
As Controller Analyst you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end Actuals, Forecast, and Budget processes for all BA EMEA HQ cost centers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Controlling of the Primary Costs of HQ cost centers for BA EMEA for the complete process of Actual, FC and Budget;
- Operative Headcount controlling for HQ functions of BA EMEA for the complete process;
- Drive the development and enhancement of the Power BI – based Cost Center Reporting Tool to support cost center owners with comprehensive cost and headcount tracking.
- Ensure correct monthly Headcount reporting for entire BA EMEA HQ Function to Accounting;
- Management and documentation of the BA - wide role concept for all HQ functions;
- Ensure compliant setup and maintenance of eSR roles as well as VIM and CEOS authorizations.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Business administration, Economics, Accounting or Finance;
- 2/3 years of experience in similar functions (preferred);
- SAP user experience;
- Expert in advanced office tool (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, etc);
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken);
- Strong drive for results, including proactive problem resolution skills in delivering stringent deadlines;
- Proactive, willingness to bring topics forward and a good team player;
