About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and support banking-related projects, agile teams, and organizational transitions. This hybrid role combines the strategic oversight of a Project Manager, the agile facilitation of a Scrum Master, and the change leadership of a Transition Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager:
Lead end-to-end delivery of banking projects (e.g., payments, Swift integration)
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
As a Scrum Master:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization
Remove impediments and foster team productivity
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams)
As a Transition Manager:
Plan and execute organizational transitions (e.g., ramp-up of new teams, mergers)
Develop transition plans outlining scope, goals, risks, and dependencies
Engage stakeholders and manage change communication
Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new resources
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in banking or financial services (minimum 3–10 years depending on role)
Strong understanding of payment systems, Swift MT/MX, SEPA, and banking standards
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; SAFe certification is a plus
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, risk management, and release planning
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
Nice to Have:
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) certifications
Experience with transformation programs across geographies
Knowledge of tools like Kendis, MS Project, Power BI
