【COR-244】Finance (Cash Management)： Accounting Assistant／財務（出納担当）：会計アシスタント

Position Overview

As a member of AIRoA’s finance team, you will be responsible for day-to-day cash management and execution of financial transactions.

主な業務内容

一般社団法人AIRoAの財務メンバーとして、日常的な資金管理と取引の実行を中心にお任せします。

Key Responsibilities

Cash management and reconciliation

• Monitor bank account balances on a daily and monthly basis
• Reconcile bank balances with records in the accounting system

Payment processing

• Review invoices, employee expense reimbursement claims, etc.
• Prepare bank transfer data, request approvals, and process payments on or before due dates

Billing and collection support

• Assist with issuing invoices
• Confirm receipt of membership fees and other payments and perform matching/clearing in the system

Journal entry input

• Enter journal entries related to cash transactions (receipts, payments, transfers, etc.)

Cash flow support

• Report cash balances
• Support the preparation of short-term cash flow forecasts

Document and voucher management

• Organize and file payment-related documents such as invoices and receipts

Other

• Coordinate closely with the accounting manager
• Check consistency between purchase requests and actual payments and support related administrative tasks

具体的な業務

入出金管理・照合

• 銀行口座の残高管理、預金残高と会計ソフトの照合（日々/月次）。

支払処理

• 請求書、立替金精算書などの確認と、期日に合わせた支払い手続きの実行（振込データの作成、承認依頼、振込手配）。

請求・入金管理

• 請求書の発行補助、会費等の入金確認、消込処理。

仕訳入力

• 出納関連の取引（入金・支払・振替など）の仕訳入力。

資金繰り補助

• 資金残高の報告、短期的な資金繰り表の作成補助。

証憑管理

• 支払関連の証憑や領収書などの整理・ファイリング。

その他

• 経理担当との連携、購買申請と支払いの一致確認等

【About AIRoA】
AIRoA was established in December 2024 with two core objectives: “to revolutionize the technology of robot development through the fusion of robots and AI” and “to promote the use of robots in society.” While AI is rapidly advancing worldwide, the shortage of data in robot development has become a critical issue.

To address this challenge, we are running a national flagship project funded by NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization), with an investment of over JPY 20 billion.

●Future Mission

After joining AIRoA, you will first focus on learning and handling day-to-day cash operations and monthly closing activities. Building on that, we expect you to support the development of budgeting and cash flow management frameworks for various joint research projects, and gradually become involved in formulating mid- to long-term funding and cash planning for the association.

入社後は、日々の出納業務や月次決算などを中心に業務をキャッチアップしていただきます。そのうえで、各種共同研究のCash Flow面での予算管理の体制構築をサポート頂き、中長期の資金計画などの策定にも関わって頂くことを期待しています。

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of practical experience in accounting or general administration involving cash management / payment processing
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping (Japan Bookkeeping Certification Level 3 or equivalent is preferred)
• Basic PC skills, including data entry and simple data aggregation in Excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative and clerical work

• 経理または一般事務での出納実務経験1年以上
• 基本的な簿記の知識（日商簿記3級程度以上が望ましい）
• 基本的なPCスキル（Excelでのデータ入力・集計）
• 正確で丁寧な事務処理能力

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using cloud-based accounting software such as freee or Money Forward

• freee、マネーフォワード等クラウド会計ソフトの利用経験

Language Skills

• Japanese (native level)
• English (business level or above)

【語学力】

• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）
• 英語（ビジネスレベル以上）

While remote work is possible, this role is primarily expected to be office-based.

Most of our engineers and researchers also work on-site, conducting research and development directly in front of the robots.

●Our Office

We currently operate out of a spacious office and research facility of over 1,000 m² located in the Ryutsu Center area. In this space, our business teams and engineering teams work in close collaboration, advancing both day-to-day operations and R&D with AI robots always close at hand. The facility is frequently visited not only by members of the AI Robot Association, but also by engineers and researchers from partner companies and representatives from member companies. As a result, it serves as a hub where diverse experts at the forefront of AI and robotics gather and interact.
