What We are looking for

As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you will be part of Novibet’s dynamic Corporate Communications, PR and CSR team, supporting both internal and external communications initiatives. You’ll play a key role in ensuring consistency, quality and engagement across all communication touchpoints, from our internal channels to our digital and social presence.

What you will work on

• Own and manage all digital communication touchpoints (corporate website updates, internal platforms, newsletters, LinkedIn page, etc.)
• Coordinate visual and content updates across all owned channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and company tone of voice
• Track analytics (views, engagement, reach) and prepare monthly reports for management review
• Contribute to improving user experience and interactivity across digital comms channels
• Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of internal comms campaigns and events (e.g. internal newsletters, employee engagement activities)
• Draft and edit content for Slack, and email channels, ensuring tone and messaging consistency
• Support the delivery of internal activations, culture campaigns and recognition programs in collaboration with HR team
• Monitor engagement metrics and propose improvements for internal communication effectiveness
• Support the team in preparing press materials, media monitoring reports and external announcements
• Assist in content creation for corporate social media (mainly LinkedIn) — posts, visuals, engagement tracking and reporting
• Maintain and update external communications databases (press contacts, media lists, content calendars).
• Liaise with agencies, designers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery

What you bring

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Media, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
• Strong understanding of digital content creation, social media management and analytics
• Familiarity with content management systems, Canva or similar tools, and email/newsletter platforms
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
