Corporate Gov, Compliance Analyst

Location: Pleasanton, CAJob Description:

• Coordinates compliance processes and procedures across organizational and functional boundaries.
  
• Researches regulatory requirements, assists in the development of internal policies and procedures to support the compliance department and prepares various reports and other compliance documents.
  
• Assists in providing guidance to senior management regarding compliance regulatory policies, practices and internal controls. Liaisons with internal and external auditors regarding all aspects of corporate compliance issues.
  

Experience Level: BA or BS preferred; minimum 3+ years of direct relevant experience.

This could be a remote role for the right candidate. This position will work on Audits of processes and areas.
Candidates must have:

1. Ability to analyze reports.
   
2. Background in Continuous Improvement. 
   
3. Asset Management experience is a plus. Lean/Six Sigma background is highly preferred, not required.
