Position Summary
This is a full-time in-person position requiring work directly with court personnel, and judges in the Philadelphia Courts.
This is work of a training nature, developing knowledge and skills in court administration. Employees participate as learners in phases of court activities, cross-train in various departments, and are assigned based on aptitude. As experience is gained and the full performance level neared, a progressively expanding range and complexity of projects are assigned.

Work-Life
Working hours are 40 hours per week. This is a full-time, in person position with the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
OR
2. Five years of progressively responsible clerical work with three years served at the supervisory level in the court service.
OR
3. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience providing the characteristics required to perform the essential functions of the class, which also includes a high school diploma or equivalent.
4. Successful completion of criminal background investigation.
5. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
6. Must work on site (not remote).
