Title: CPT-9926 Lead Generation & Cold Calling VA
Independent Contractor – Lead Generation & Cold Calling VA - Real Estate Business Support - Junior to Senior Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking a confident, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support outbound lead generation, research, and cold calling activities for a real estate business.
The role includes building and filtering contact lists, verifying lead information, and calling prospects using a batch dialer system.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a clear and confident speaking voice, and experience conducting high-quality outreach. This position offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and long-term growth potential.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Lead Research & Data Management
- Research, build, and update targeted lead lists based on client criteria (location, property type, and lead source).
- Perform lead filtering and quality checks to ensure accurate contact information.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date spreadsheets or CRM databases for all leads.
- Assist in preparing lead lists for upload into the batch dialer.
Cold Calling & Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls through the batch dialer to connect with potential buyers, sellers, or property leads.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with prospects to establish interest and gather key information.
- Log call results, schedule follow-ups, and document lead status accurately.
- Provide daily or weekly activity updates summarizing calls, responses, and leads generated.
Dialer Setup & Support
- Assist the client in setting up and managing the batch dialer system (loading lists, managing call campaigns, etc.).
- Troubleshoot minor dialer or contact management issues as needed.
- Recommend workflow improvements to optimize call efficiency.
Additional Support (As Needed)
- Perform general administrative or marketing-related tasks related to lead generation.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, list building, and cold calling (real estate experience preferred).
- Familiarity with batch dialer systems such as CallTools, Mojo, or similar platforms (or willingness to learn).
- Strong spoken English with a clear, confident tone and neutral/light accent.
- Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to deliver consistent daily performance within the scheduled hours.
- Application Software Knowledgeable/Required:
- Lead Management: Google Sheets / Excel, CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent)
- Dialer Tools: Batch Dialer (setup and campaign management)
- Communication: Gmail / Google Workspace
Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 10 - 20 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
- Daily Working Time: before 7PM EST (flexible 2.5 to 4 hours/day)
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
