Team

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on Paper.io 2.

Role

  • Drive user and engagement growth across our brand and owned channels, with a strong focus on TikTok

  • Collaborate closely with game teams, creators, and marketing to push bold ideas live fast.

  • Build a distinct, bold, and recognizable brand voice that feels native to Gen Z and Gen Alpha

  • Design and run social-first events and challenges that connect online culture with in-game moments

  • Understand humor, irony, chaos, and timing

  • Monitor trends, memes, sounds, and formats before they peak

  • Do social listening, analyze player feedback and performance data, and translate insights into content ideas and product improvements

Profile

  • You have a proven track record of scaling social accounts.

  • Gen Z (or Gen Z–coded). You live on TikTok and know its culture deeply

  • You understand how accounts like Duolingo, Ryanair, and top creator-led brands win attention

  • Comfortable being on camera or directing content that feels personal and raw

  • Able to also build a strategy and run the operations with people under your management.

  • Native-level English

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or something similar is a plus, but not required
