We are seeking an experienced Credit Strategy Analyst to drive the growth of our home-secured personal loan portfolio. This role focuses on Underwriting, Pricing, Loan amount & Fee decisions across all acquisition channels, driving strategy improvement, innovation and investor returns.  The ideal candidate will bring expertise in lending, applying credit models, and data-driven decision-making to help us expand our market share while maintaining robust risk controls.  This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive benefits and upward mobility.
