In this essential role, you will assist Croatian-speaking customers with their travel bookings, inquiries, and changes associated with Booking.com. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our travelers have seamless and memorable experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding their bookings.
• Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and inquiries to maximize their satisfaction.
• Utilize your travel knowledge to advise customers on destinations and Booking.com services.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high service standards and deliver positive customer experiences.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve your travel knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer support or the travel industry is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
