To support our growth, our dynamic e-commerce company is currently seeking professional Customer Care & Sales Representative to join our outstanding customer service team in our downtown Belgrade office.

As our new team member, you will be working on our 3 leading brands within the Home & Living category, and be involved in transforming our online web-shops into industry leaders in the United States, Australia, UK and across Europe. We sell furniture online and the ideal applicant will turn a customer's request into a sales opportunity. Our communication channels are LiveChat, emails and phone.

What you will do on a daily basis:

  • Maintain stellar communication with clients by phone, email, or LiveChat;

  • Turn a conversation into a positive experience and support customers to buy;

  • Assist our website visitors, handle and promptly address customer inquiries;

  • Transform the potentially unfavorable circumstances into favorable ones by paying attention, exhibiting empathy and knowledge and finding a solution that will benefit the customer and the business;

  • Increase customer satisfaction and the Trustpilot rating for our brands;

  • Collaborate closely with the logistics team to guarantee timely delivery to our clients;

  • Help clients track shipments of their parcels and update them on request;

  • Handle B2B inquiries and ensure that all business clients receive timely and accurate support;

  • Follow up on inquiries and delayed payments;

  • Serve as a key point of connection between customers and our accounting department, managing tasks such as issuing invoices and coordinating refund requests;

  • Notify your supervisor or the relevant department of any issues you find;

  • Help customers through the shopping process to make sure they have a smooth shopping experience.
