- Calculate and analyze customer complains to improve customer retention %
- Collaborate with stakeholders' operations, merchandising, and design teams to optimize the Online environment and customer journey

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Years of experience: From 1 to 3
- Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM)
- Excellent in Microsoft Package.
- Very. Good English.
