  •   Enhance the Customer Experience for (online -Contact Center – B2B- Market place)
  •   Analyze the sales channels, customer behavior, satisfaction, and pain points through observation, surveys, and feedback analysis
  •   Calculate and analyze customer complains to improve customer retention %
  •   Collaborate with stakeholders' operations, merchandising, and design teams to optimize the Online environment and customer journey
  •   Review the customer complaints and customer negative feedback from all channels

Requirements

  •    Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  •    Years of experience: From 1 to 3
  •   Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM)
  •   Excellent in Microsoft Package.
  •   Very. Good English.
