Customer Impact Engineer (f/m/d)
DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Impact Engineer, you’ll take ownership of complex customer projects and make sure our platform delivers real results on the factory floor. You combine excellent project management with a deep understanding of production and data to create measurable impact. You will work with majors client since Day 1 and take decision that shape the company.
OUR MISSION
Manex AI is developing an LLM-native data platform for agentic production control. YOUR ROLE
Own project management and coordination of customer integrations across industries
Understand production processes and translate them into scalable AI solutions
Build rollout and integration strategies for enterprise clients
Identify production optimization opportunities and transfer them into concrete applications

Strategic collaboration with stakeholders in large industrial organizations, from shop floor to C-level
WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar (Plus: PhD)
2+ years of professional experience in consulting, automotive, manufacturing, or tech
Solid knowledge of data science and AI in industrial contexts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Business-fluent in German and English
Based in Munich or willing to relocate, ready to go all-in with us
