Job Overview
We are actively pooling for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support during night shifts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or night shift setting.
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various communication platforms and remote work tools.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
