Apt Resources is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agents to join our Airline client's Ground Services team in the GCC region. This role offers the chance to build a rewarding career in the aviation and customer service sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to passengers at the airport.
- Support check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures.
- Handle passenger inquiries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Ensure smooth operations in compliance with airline service and safety standards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment on rotational shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in airline, airport, hospitality (front office), or customer service.
- Candidates with airline-related diploma/training courses will also be considered.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Professional appearance with adherence to uniform guidelines.
