Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries across calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social platforms with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Resolve product/service issues effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Educate customers about our products and help them make informed decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, inventory) for smooth order fulfilment.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.

Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.
