• Respond to guest feedback, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with hotel management and staff to ensure high standards of service delivery are met.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings, local attractions, and services to assist guests effectively.
• Document guest interactions and maintain accurate records in the hotel management system.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
