At Immiland Canada, we are seeking a Customer Service Manager for the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales of mechanics departments

Manage staff and assign duties of the car shop.

Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies in the car mechanic shop.

Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues

Requirements

Completion of secondary school is required.

Several years of related mechanical customer service manager experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.
