Account specific roles & responsibilities:

• Doing outbound calls to insurance companies for the clients
• Updating necessary information of clients

Job Description: 

• Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat). 
• Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. 
• Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues 
• Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. 

Requirements

• At least 6 months of BPO experience in any account
• Proficiency in using MS Word & Excel
• Capable of adapting to a fast-paced training environment.
• Capable of doing multiple task at the same time. 
• Should have critical thinking skills 
• Excellent verbal & written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
