We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative with strong experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing. This full-time role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and managing order-related communication through the Parachute Health platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, providers, and insurance representatives
  • Assist clients with DME product inquiries, order status, and billing questions.
  • Manage and process orders through the Parachute Health platform.
  • Verify patient information, insurance details, and documentation accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between customers, billing, and fulfillment teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and transactions in the company database.
  • Provide excellent customer service with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Requirements

  • Perfectly fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Prior experience in DME medical supplies billing is required.
  • Hands-on experience using the Parachute Health portal is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
  • Devoted, honest, and reliable work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
