Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a high-performing Customer Service Representative based in Chandigarh. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers professionally via phone, email, and internal systems
• Handle customer questions, updates, and concerns with empathy and confidence
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow ups
• Use calendars and task management tools to schedule and track customer touchpoints
• Follow defined workflows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Coordinate internally to ensure customer requests are addressed on time
• Meet daily and weekly performance expectations related to responsiveness and follow through

Requirements

• Exceptional spoken and written English with strong clarity and confidence
• Excellent soft skills including empathy, active listening, and problem solving
• Strong sense of responsibility and follow through
• Comfortable working with structured processes and accountability metrics
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations without losing accuracy
• Tech comfortable and able to work with CRMs, calendars, and task tools
• Prior customer service, customer success, or coordination experience is preferred
