Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Your responsibilities include:

  • ๐Ÿ’Œ Customer Support & Communication
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and social media (Instagram and Facebook).
    • Handle order inquiries, replacements, returns, and tracking updates
    • Assist customers with troubleshooting (e.g., helping them place orders)
    • Set up and optimize Gorgias for centralized ticket handling
    • Help develop FAQs, templates, and SOPs to streamline support
    • Uphold brand tone and voice: authentic, upbeat, and personable

  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Order Management
    • Monitor and process orders via Shopify to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
    • Validate shipping addresses and resolve any order discrepancies
    • Liaise with fulfillment to ensure smooth processing โ€” no micromanagement needed

    • Handle order-related DMs and comment replies with an upbeat, brand-consistent voice
    • Gradually expand into community engagement once brand voice mastery is established
