What You’ll Do

• Help customers place and track orders over the phone and by email.

• Recommend products and solutions that fit their needs.

• Use tools like Order Entry, Corel, and Microsoft Suite to get the job done right.

• Deliver exceptional service and keep our customers smiling.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Quick learner who’s comfortable using new computer systems.
