Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various channels (email, chat, and social media) to resolve inquiries related to our subscription-based products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our subscription offerings to assist customers effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to help improve our products and services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting and follow-up purposes.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving customer service processes and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a subscription-based or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
- Availability to work flexible hours, ensuring coverage for different time zones.
