The role:
As Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing efficient support to clients in foreign markets, managing the entire process from pre-sales to post-sales.
Key activities include handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring proper order management. The role also covers claims handling and maintaining up-to-date price lists to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

What will you do

  • Communicate with clients to ensure high-quality relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with international colleagues to support foreign order requests
  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and on time
  • Handle complaints and returns, ensuring proper resolution
  • Prepare and issue credit notes and active invoices
  • Enter updated prices into the management system
  • Maintain and regularly update price lists
  • Requirements

  • Background: Degree in foreign languages and/or Economics
  • Professional Skills: Analytical skills, time management, client management, order management.
  • IT Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel) and ERP systems
  • Language Skills: Proficient English & Italian. Second language is strongly preferred (Spanish mainly).
  • Soft Skills: Problem solving, Strong aptitude for communication and interpersonal relationships, Openness to change and continuous learning, Propensity for teamwork, Willingness to work in an international context.

  • Location: Gallarate (VA), Italy – with the possibility to work from home up to 2 days per week (optional).
  • Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday. You can start your day between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., enjoy a lunch break of 1 to 1.5 hours anytime between 12:30 and 2:30 p.m., and wrap up your workday starting from 5:00 pm while completing a full 8-hour workday.
