The Customer Success Advocate will work on strengthening client relationships in order to improve client retention and sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Works one-on-one with clients
- Identifies and assess customers’ needs
- Handles customer feedback and provides appropriate solutions / alternatives
- Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers
- Meets customer service team sales targets
- Keeps records of customer interactions and file documents
- Coordinates with the administration and the after-sales department
Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor Degree
- Personal Skills: Good communication, high common sense
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, IMS
- Languages: Arabic & English are a must; French is a plus
