As a Customer Success Associate you’ll be a part of our Customer Success team, helping organizations get the most out of Easygenerator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers feel supported and empowered from day one - guiding them through their onboarding journey, building strong relationships, and contributing to their long-term success with our tool.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively engage customers to maximize adoption and value realization, supporting the Customer Success team in achieving renewals and expansion goals.

  • Deliver impactful onboarding sessions, product trainings, and webinars that inspire confidence and promote product utilization.

  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to track customer health, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure customers reach key success milestones.

  • Continuously improve and scale our onboarding experience to enhance customer satisfaction and business impact.

  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing actionable insights to help shape product development and customer strategy.

What You Bring

  • Excellent command of English language.

  • Bachelor degree or higher.

  • 0-1 years of relevant working experience.

  • Natural ability to teach.

  • Excellent listening and organizational skills.

Practical Information

  • Hybrid working policy: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days working from home

  • Location: Gardens, Cape Town

  • Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 07:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. (local time)
