We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join us, ensuring Endace customers extract the maximum value from their real estate, from installation to end of life and beyond, including active engagement to successfully deploy Endace Fusion Partner Applications (3rd party) and API integrations.
Requirements
To be successful, you will have customer, support or test experience that has given you;
- In-depth knowledge of computer operating systems including Linux, Unix and Windows
- Good knowledge of Hypervisors and virtualization such as VM-Ware/ESXi, Qemu/KVM
- Knowledge of containers such as Docker
- Good working knowledge of RESTful API’s and their integration
- In depth knowledge of network security, network monitoring or network performance
- Programming in C, or scripting in Python, Bash would be an advantage.
