Role in a nutshell:
Now we're looking for an Arabic & English speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Providing support in Arabic by email and Live chats;
✔️ Processing with great attention to details and content;
✔️ Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
✔️ Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
✔️ Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.
Qualifications:
✔️ Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken;
✔️ Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills;
✔️ Attention to detail;
✔️ Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
✔️ Knowledge of Igaming
