As part of the growth of our activities, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Agent to join our team. Your mission will be to support our users — customers, couriers, and restaurant partners — and ensure a smooth, fast, and satisfying experience for all stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
• Respond to inquiries from customers, couriers, and partners.
• Efficiently resolve order-related issues such as delays, cancellations, delivery errors, payment problems, etc.
• Follow up on complaints until full resolution.
• Update information in our systems (CRM, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical support) to improve processes.
• Help maintain a high level of satisfaction and fast response times.
Required Profile
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in delivery, e-commerce, or the food industry.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to handle urgent or sensitive situations with calm and professionalism.
• Versatile, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the schedule.
