Your tasks

• customer service via mail and phone

• identifying customer demands and introducing the product range

• providing information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation terms

• ensure customer satisfaction

Your profile

• high level of Bulgarian (C1 written and spoken)

• good level of English (B2 written and spoken)

• good working knowledge of computer applications (e.g. MS Office)

• experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but anyone with the desire and motivation to learn is welcome

• confidence and professionalism on the phone

• target driven personality, friendly and communicative
