Customs Clearance Declarant / Logistics Co-Ordinator Freight (IRE)

The Customs Clearance Declarant / Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end customs clearance and freight forwarding activities for a portfolio of existing customers. The role ensures the efficient, compliant, and timely movement of goods across international borders while providing a high level of customer service.

Key tasks

Ø  Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations in line with Irish and EU regulations

Ø  Manage import and export clearances across air, sea, and road freight

Ø  Coordinate freight forwarding activities, including bookings, transport arrangements, and delivery schedules

Ø  Liaise with customs authorities, carriers, agents, and internal teams to resolve issues and delays

Ø  Maintain compliance with customs, trade, and regulatory requirements

Ø  Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing shipment updates and operational support

Ø  Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and billing support
