Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management with a strong focus on security.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, deploying, and configuring tools such as IDS/IPS, SIEM, MFA, EDR, DLP, WAF, and similar solutions.
  • Experience in designing, securing, and maintaining server, network, and cloud infrastructures.
  • Experience with IT audits, IT risk management, and compliance with standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
  • Implementation of cybersecurity strategies within infrastructure projects.
  • Hands-on experience managing and responding to security incidents within infrastructure environments (Incident Response, DRP).
  • Tech skills:

  • Cloud environment security (AWS/GCP security services).
  • Threat and incident detection systems (IDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM).
  • Network perimeter and protection (VPN, firewalls, WAF, NAC, segmentation).
  • Virtualization and containerization security (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Infrastructure monitoring and logging.
  • Incident response and business continuity and disaster recovery planning (DRP).
  • Goals:

  • Development and implementation of a cybersecurity strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Management of the security team, task allocation, and execution control.
  • Definition and implementation of information security policies and procedures.
  • Assessment of cybersecurity risks and development of mitigation measures.
  • Oversight of the implementation and ongoing updates of cybersecurity systems.
  • Organization and management of security incidents, threat response, and remediation of attack impacts.
  • Delivery of cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Collaboration with internal and external auditors; preparation for certifications and audits.
  • Implementation of SIEM and SOC, and integration of threat monitoring systems.
  • Participation in forensic investigations and analysis of security incidents.
