We are looking for passionate individuals to be part of our vulnerability research team dedicated to keeping our Windows platform and software safe.
In this role, you will be part of a team of vulnerability researchers responsible for working closely with stakeholders to perform security audit on Windows operating systems and relevant software. The audit process includes identifying potential security flaws in a software, assessing their impact to the security of the software through simulating breach scenarios, and devising potential remediation to counter identified security flaws.
An ideal candidate should be passionate about vulnerability research and is motivated to learn independently.
Job Scope
Investigate disclosed vulnerabilities and assess the impact on the security of Windows operating systems and softwareConduct research to gain in-depth understanding of the operating system architecture (kernel and subsystems) and how these subsystems could be exploited by malwarePerform vulnerability research through code audit, black box testing, reverse engineering, proof-of-concept simulations to understand the impact to the security of a softwareDiscover and remediate threats due to security flaws to Windows clients, server operating systems and third-party software
Requirements
Background in Infocomm Security, Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalentStrong interest and passion for the field of Infocomm securityStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsCreative, innovative, self-motivated and independentKnowledge in C programming and Assembly would be an added advantageSenior and entry-level positions available
