Summary

Delinea’s Cybersecurity organization is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager to contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity programs and initiatives.

This role will be responsible for evolving the Cybersecurity Program and Service Management functions and will play a critical part in ensuring the timely and effective implementation of security initiatives and aligning cybersecurity efforts with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybersecurity and project management, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional leaders and manage complex, large-scale initiatives.

This is a hybrid role that is based in Mexico City, Mexico and reports to the Program Management Manager.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Help create and evolve a Cybersecurity metrics program to, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Create and provide regular reporting, as needed.

  • Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of cybersecurity programs and projects across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies.

  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other internal teams, including IT, legal, product, and operations, to ensure cybersecurity initiatives meet regulatory, industry, and security standards.

  • Participate in maturing Delinea’s security awareness training program.

  • Provide Service Management guidance and support to help evolve the Cybersecurity Service catalog and other program documentation.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, with a preference for cybersecurity-related experience.

  • Proven experience in managing large, complex cybersecurity or technology programs with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

We'd Love to See:

  • Experience in developing security content and communications (training content, intranet posts, newsletters).

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management principles, and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, GDPR).

  • Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar).

  • PMP certification highly desired.

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
