In this important role, you will assist Czech-speaking customers with their travel bookings, changes, and inquiries related to Booking.com. Your support will ensure that travelers have a smooth experience as they embark on their journeys.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding their bookings.
• Help customers with modifications, cancellations, and inquiries to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Share your travel expertise to guide customers on various destinations and Booking.com offerings.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high service standards and ensure memorable customer experiences.
• Engage in continuous training to improve your travel knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
