Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to the streaming service, including account management and technical support.
• Guide customers in troubleshooting issues they may face while using the platform.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, maintaining a focus on delivering excellent service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
