You will be responsible for supporting our Danish-speaking customers and ensuring they receive an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support to Danish-speaking clients through different communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding order status, product information, and user accounts.
• Quickly and effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to optimize their shopping experience.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and policy updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable.
• Experience in customer support roles, preferably in e-commerce or online retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
