Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking a skilled Danish IT/Customer Support Representative to join our team in Thessaloniki, with a remote working option. This exciting role is designed for individuals who possess a strong technical background alongside excellent customer service skills. You will be instrumental in providing support to our Danish-speaking customers, helping them resolve their IT-related issues and enhancing their overall experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier IT and customer support to Danish-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot IT-related issues, providing timely solutions to customer inquiries.
• Guide customers through the setup and use of services, ensuring they have the information needed to utilize our products effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues to help improve future support efforts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to service improvements.
• Stay current with product knowledge, updates, and industry trends to offer informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
