In this position, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. Your proficiency in Danish will play a significant role in enhancing client satisfaction and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels
• Provide solutions to customer inquiries related to our products and services
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with different teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
• Guide clients on how to optimize their use of our services
• Collect valuable feedback from customers to inform service improvements
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on product knowledge

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is desirable
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
