You will be instrumental in helping clients with their travel plans and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services.
• Provide detailed information about destinations, travel itineraries, and special offers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends and policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers plan their travels.
• Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer issues.
• Proficiency in CRM software and general office tools.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
