Danish Speaking Customer Service for Aviation industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Aviation Industry segment. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience within the aviation services we offer.

Your proficiency in Danish will enable you to effectively communicate with customers, helping them navigate flight bookings, manage travel itineraries, and resolve any concerns they may encounter. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our commitment to outstanding customer service in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Danish via phone, email, and chat regarding aviation-related inquiries
• Assist customers with booking processes, changes, and cancellations
• Troubleshoot issues related to itineraries, baggage, and other travel concerns
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues promptly
• Educate clients on aviation policies, procedures, and available services
• Gather and report customer feedback to enhance service offerings

Requirements

• Fluent in both Danish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry, is a plus
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong organizational skill set
• Passion for aviation and helping customers with their travel needs
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
