Your fluency in Danish will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, helping them navigate our banking solutions, manage their accounts, and resolve any issues they encounter. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Danish through phone, email, and chat regarding banking products and services
• Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and personalized banking solutions
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and provide effective solutions
• Educate customers on banking products, services, and best practices for financial management
• Stay informed about banking regulations and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, is an advantage
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Familiarity with banking products and customer support software is beneficial
