This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer service. As part of our team, you will assist customers in Danish, providing support and guidance related to their electronic products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding consumer electronics products, troubleshooting, and services via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide detailed product information, usage instructions, and technical support to customers.
• Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a seamless experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest consumer electronics trends and product releases to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the consumer electronics sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining quality service in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary. A passion for relocating and experiencing a vibrant culture in Greece is a plus!
