Danish Speaking Customer Service for Finance industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Finance industry. In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and assisting them with various financial services.

Your fluency in Danish will be crucial in helping clients navigate our financial products, understand service options, and resolve any issues related to their accounts. By delivering high-quality customer service, you will support our mission to provide a seamless client experience in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Danish via phone, email, and chat regarding financial services and products
• Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and general product information
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of complex inquiries
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Stay updated on financial regulations, products, and services to provide informed assistance

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in finance or banking, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in finance and helping clients achieve their financial goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
