Mercier Consultancy is searching for a dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Retail industry. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Danish via phone, email, and chat regarding retail inquiries
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and returns
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution
• Collect feedback from customers to help improve our retail services
• Stay informed about current products, promotions, and retail trends

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing high-quality assistance
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the retail sector, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Passion for retail and helping customers find the right solutions
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
